I was lucky enough to find Alexandra on instagram and book her for my wedding. She is incredibly talented, professional, and a joy to have around. She somehow knew exactly how to do my makeup for my wedding day with the very vague description I gave her. Not only did I feel amazing after she finished my makeup, it stayed the whole night and I did not hold back on the dance floor.
My bridesmaids were also incredibly happy with their makeup. She executed everyone’s makeup to their individual tastes, personalities, and preferences and made everyone feel like the most beautiful version of themselves. I will never forget how kind she was to my mom, who forgot to bring waterproof mascara (which she definitely needed). Right away Alexandra offered some to my mom (even though she wasn’t doing her makeup) and was so kind and warm and did not have any issues helping when needed. Not only did she accomplish all of this professionally, in a very chaotic house, but with the absolute best attitude that made the morning so much better! She is an amazing person and an even better makeup artist.

I, along with my mom and sister, were extremely lucky to have booked makeup with Alexandra for my cousin’s wedding in September 2023. None of us had ever had our makeup done professionally before but we knew that our own abilities weren’t going to cut it - how right we were! Alexandra is a masterful artist: she perfectly tailored our desired makeup looks to our complexions, skin types, and outfits. Her talent, professionalism, and expertise blew us away. She has a wonderful way of putting you at ease; the time we spent with her left us in a calm yet bubbly mood for the rest of the day.

Our makeup held perfectly from our appointment in the morning, through to getting our hair done, wrangling the bridal party, taking photos, tearing up during the ceremony, and all the hours of dancing. For myself especially, with combination skin, I was amazed at the longevity of my makeup.

Alexandra was an absolute pleasure to work with! I was referred to her from another makeup artist after postponing my wedding. Alexandra was very accommodating and understanding through it all, and was flexible when we made adjustments. I really appreciated her upbeat and pleasant personality – plus she always made sure I had a mimosa in hand! She was genuine and made me feel special on my wedding day.

Aside from her fun attitude, the makeup she did was gorgeous! My bridesmaids and I were really happy with the time she took to perfect our vision, personalizing each of our looks. Alexandra is a phenomenal and talented makeup artist. She came in highly recommended by a close friend (who was also my wedding photographer) and she did not disappoint. Despite the fact that we were not able to meet beforehand for a trial run because of time constraints on my end, together we were able to discuss a vision prior to the wedding day. I was connected with Alex on a referral and I am so pleased that I had the chance to work with her. I was nervous to head into my makeup trial because I didn’t have a very clear idea of what I wanted. Alex guided me and took the time to try different looks to find exactly what worked for me. Her attention to detail and artistic touch, along with her calm and welcoming nature made me feel so at ease. It was easy to see how skilled she is and her friendly demeanour made the whole experience fun. On the day of my wedding, I had a small group of just my mom, my sister and I getting ready. Alex added so much positivity to the morning and it felt as though we were getting ready with an old friend...one however who had exceptional makeup artistry abilities! I had the pleasure of having Alexandra do my makeup for my Wedding in July 2017. Alexandra made me feel really comfortable with the process and not to mention gorgeous and sexy!
